Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 250 ml (1 glass) filtered water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional for flavor and mild detox support)
Instructions
- Pour Water: Pour the water into a glass or mason jar.
- Add Chia Seeds: Add the chia seeds and stir well.
- Soak: Let it soak for 10–15 minutes until a gel-like texture forms.
- Final Stir & Drink: Stir again and drink immediately.
Notes
- Use cold filtered water for better taste and absorption.
- Store covered in fridge up to 12 hours if not consumed immediately.
- For low-sugar diets, skip the lemon.
